These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of velocity.travel and the corporate travel and event management services provided by VSAR Technologies Private Limited ("Velocity", "we", "us", or "our"), including our products Zippy and Flow (together, the "Services"). By accessing our website or using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity.

The Services

Velocity provides business-to-business corporate travel management and event procurement services to organisations and their authorised personnel. This includes arranging flights, hotels, ground transport, visas, group travel, and meetings and events, together with related technology, reporting, and support. Our Services are intended for business use by organisations and are not offered for personal or consumer travel bookings.

Our role as an agent

For most travel and event arrangements, Velocity acts as an intermediary and booking agent between your organisation and third-party suppliers such as airlines, hotels, transport providers, visa processors, insurers, and venues. The products and services you book are provided by these suppliers and are subject to their own terms, conditions, fare rules, and policies. Velocity is not the supplier of these underlying services and is not responsible for the acts, omissions, delays, cancellations, or service quality of third-party suppliers, though we will use reasonable efforts to assist you.

Eligibility and accounts

To use the Services you must be an authorised representative of a business customer. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep it up to date, including traveller details required for ticketing, visas, and compliance.

Bookings, pricing, and payment

Prices, fares, and availability are set by suppliers and may change until a booking is confirmed and ticketed. Commercial terms, including any fees, credit arrangements, and payment timelines, are as agreed between Velocity and your organisation. Taxes, including GST, apply as required by law. You are responsible for reviewing the details of each booking, including dates, names, and supplier terms, before confirmation.

Changes, cancellations, and refunds

Changes and cancellations are governed by the terms of the relevant supplier and any commercial agreement between Velocity and your organisation. Supplier cancellation charges, fare-difference amounts, and non-refundable components may apply. Where refunds are due from suppliers, they are processed in accordance with the applicable supplier's timelines and policies.

Traveller documentation and compliance

You and your travellers are responsible for holding valid travel documentation, including passports, visas, and any required health or entry documents. While Velocity may assist with visa and documentation services, we do not guarantee the issuance of any visa or entry permission, and we are not liable for denied entry, missed travel, or losses arising from incomplete or invalid documentation.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with or disrupt the Services, to attempt unauthorised access to our systems, or to misuse any data accessed through the Services. You agree to comply with all applicable laws in your use of the Services.

Intellectual property

The Services, including the website, software, Zippy, Flow, and all associated content, trademarks, and technology, are owned by VSAR Technologies Private Limited or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our branding, software, or content except as necessary to use the Services as intended.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Velocity shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, or for losses arising from the acts, omissions, or service failures of third-party suppliers. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Velocity and its officers, employees, and agents against claims, losses, and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Services, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services where there is a breach of these Terms, non-payment, suspected fraud or misuse, or where required by law. Termination does not affect obligations accrued before termination.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services, subject to any alternative dispute-resolution mechanism agreed in a separate commercial agreement.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
